Retention Rates
NC State faculty and staff are dedicated to student success. At 94.3%, the fall 2018 freshman cohort posted the highest ever one-year retention rate. The steady increase in one-year retention reflects the faculty and staff’s dedication to creating an environment for learning and success. Since 1994, the one-year retention rate increased by 8 percentage points.
